THIS IS MY GREAT VISION...

The vision started with the property being directly in the center of the Devil Anse Trail, which is a part of the Hatfield~McCoy Trails & is considered the “sweet spot” (center point of all the trails).  That is an exact quote from one of the directors of the Hatfield McCoy trail system when I spoke with them about purchasing the property…Perfection !

Add 3 renovated existing cabins, a bathhouse & 5 full hook up RV sites & the recipe for a fantastic new resort is born !  Then 2 new cabins were added in the 2017 season.  Other on-site amenities were then added-ice, firewood, an ATV wash area with its own concrete pad with the use of a firehose, FREE Wifi that actually works well & cable. Plus 3-4 restaurants that deliver to the resort !  My fantastic store is open too with the largest selection of HMT souvenirs on the trail plus 2 more accommodations, our luxury 40’ camper for couples, a tiny cabin concept for couples also PLUS 4 new full hook up rv sites added in 2019. You will also LOVE my gel memory foam mattresses on every bed.  After a long day of riding you will have the BEST night sleep you’ve ever had !    But that’s not all, around Labor Day of 2021 we opened our very own Gem Mine where you & your friends/family are guaranteed precious & semi-precious gems in every 1, 2 or 5 gallon bucket you get ! WOW, that’s a lot to accomplish in just 6 1/2 years ! We’ve also literally moved "mountains" of dirt to make our resort better & have adequate parking !  

I remain committed to adding more to our resort as I can for ALL who have expressed overwhelming interest in staying with us!  Let me also say a HUGE “thank you” to all my resort family guests who have returned to our resort again & again after enjoying their first experience with us !  We are in one of the most gorgeous settings you could imagine !  Our little “gem” of a resort is well hidden off the main road, you’ll just never guess that we are at the end of Muncy Drive when you come for your first adventure vacation with us !
